Working with Totalview time and Business Central Project(Job)

With this integration Totalview can read open projects(jobs) and tasks in Business Central, and employee's can clock in to work directly on a project and task. After that, worked hours can be imported back to Business Central project journal, with correct ressource, project, task, description, and cost and salesprice.

After setting up the connection with Totalview, You can assign every employee to a ressource code. In Business Central You set up the different work types to correspond with a Totalview state, and you set up different work types that should not be imported, like sickdays or holidays etc..

Totalview import to Project includes:

Totalview Live lookup to active Projects(Jobs) and Tasks
Business Central import worked hours into Project(Job) Journal
Log over imported hours, with the possibility to regret, and send back to Totalview
In Totalvew imported sheets are marked as imported to Business Central
TotalView departments, if there are more than one company in Business Central
